Own reliable transport and valid 08 License
PLC fault finding on Mitsubishi, Omron and GE Fanuc PLC’s
Basic PLC Programming.
Basic electronics.
Experience in calibration connection and programming temperature control equipment
Good working knowledge of injection molding machinery.
Experience of connection, programming and fault finding on variable speed drives A,C, and D.C
Slip ring motors, resistance starters and maintenance requirements on this equipment
Good computer skills and networking software
Load cells and Load cell injectors.
Be able to plan and run with projects without supervision from ordering of spares to commissioning and hand over to production.
Overtime and standby duties essential
Fully proficient MS Office.
