Our highly reputable client in the automotive manufacturing industry is looking to appoint a trade-tested toolmaker on a fixed-term contract for their plant in Port Elizabeth. Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist Engineers with all aspects of new projects and tooling
• Reading and implementing technical drawings
• Formulate corrective action and improvements on tooling
• Project management and handovers
• Manufacturing of prototypes

Minimum requirements for application:

• N3 Mechanical Engineering
• Trade tested Toolmaker
• Minimum 3 to 5 years post trade test toolmaking experience
• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
