Go2Africa are recruiting graduates and experienced alumni to join our Safari Expert Academy, commencing on 1 February 2018 in Cape Town.

Then you have the ‘Big 5’ factors we are looking for in a Trainee Africa Safari Expert!

Our Trainee Africa Safari Experts will create and sell tailor-made itineraries to international travellers. The successful candidate will sell locations based in Southern Africa, and thereafter East Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands. New enquiries are provided by Go2Africa’s website and the successful candidate is responsible for generating repeat and referral enquiries through exceptional customer relationship management.   

Our Safari Expert Academy will provide comprehensive training and the opportunity to develop insight into sales, customer service and the African tourism and travel industry.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Matric
• Tertiary Education (advantageous)

Experience:

• Sales experience (advantageous)
• Southern / East Africa / Indian Ocean Islands / International travel (advantageous)
• CRM systems (advantageous)
• E-marketing and Social Media (advantageous)
