Large reputable retailer, is looking for a Trainee Manager and an Assistant Manager to be based in their East London stores. Candidates need to be able to work well under pressure, mentor subordinates, take direction, ensure impeccable customer service and assist with prioritizing store goals to maximize results. Some of the key functions of this position include assisting with achieving monthly sales targets, effective stock and staff management, developing relationships with both customers and suppliers, and ensuring company rules and regulations are adhered to.
