Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full Bookkeeping function up to Trial balance
• Maintaining General Ledger accounts
• Data capturing and processing of accounts receivable/payable
• Month-end reporting
• Reconciliation of entries
• VAT calculations
• Submissions on e-filing
• Handling of multiple sets of books

Minimum requirements for application:

• Minimum Grade 12 Senior Certificate, coupled with at least five to eight years’ relevant Bookkeeping experience
• Bookkeeping or similar Diploma (ICB Accreditation advantageous)
• Previous Pastel Accounting experience essential
• Language ability required in English and Afrikaans for operational purposes
