Trust Administrator

Our client based in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a passionate, bi-lingual (Eng & Afr) team player to come make a difference in their fast paced environment while handling pressure and work to tight deadlines in their professional, A class offices.

DUTIES:
- Opening of client files on server and Pipedrive and ensuring all relevant documents are saved
- Putting together Master Packs for Trust registration and amendment
- Submitting Master packs to master’s office on a weekly basis as well as following up on packs already submitted
- Binding and scanning trust documents once registered
- Compiling FICA packs
- Attending to Post office and PostNet for collection of documents
- Administrative tasks and filing
- Drafting of resolutions
- Drafting and sending invoices as well as following up on payments
- Following up on outstanding debit order and all debit orders missed
- Scheduling of annual trustee meetings
- Reminding clients of annual returns due
- Following up on signed trust and company documents
- Drafting of share certificates and share registers
- Booking consultations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Great time-management skills
- Attention to detail
- Great telephone etiquette
- Valid license and own transport
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, etc.)
