Turn Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Turn Coordinator that is resilient and has a strong character. The successful candidate will be required to work with a vast mix of people in a stressful environment.

Minimum requirements:
• Matric
• Administrator / Cordinator experience required
• Experience in the Sales department (advantageous)
• Ability to work towards targets
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Excellent customer service
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette
Duties :
Managing the administration and facilitation of :
– the conversion of clients from competing service providers
– the transfer of existing packages and contracts from one client to another
– Responsible for quotes, general admin and follow ups, as well as Consultants with detailed information and administration.
