Must-haves

• Design school graduate.
• Some web design experience but not necessarily code experience.
• Fully understand the web and how it works.
• Show an interest and keen-ness in thinking of new ways to design websites other than the many many standard template driven sites of today.

Skills required

• Web and interactive design.
• Photoshop genius.
• Illustrator.
• Familiar with interactive design and have a keen interest in the latest digital trends.
• Video skills, After Effect and Premier (must have).
