Job description

Buchanan Group – a global communication agency and marketers of four Box-to-Home communities: Rubybox, Home Tester Club, Mumbox and Manbox is looking for hungry and talented sales interns to be part of their Young Gun’s Program (YGA). The selected interns will join the YGA program for a period of three months and gain valuable experience in the sales, marketing and advertising industry. Although not guaranteed, there may also be the possibility of being employed in a client-facing sales role after the internship. 

What’s on offer:

• 3-month internship with Buchanan Group – a global communication agency and marketers of four Box-to-Home communities: Rubybox, Home Tester Club, Mumbox and Manbox
• As part of their Young Gun’s Academy Program 
• Based in Cape Town
• R3,000 per month 
• Starting in November until February 2021 
• Although not guaranteed, there may be the possibility of being employed in a client-facing sales role after the internship

Who we are looking for?

• 23 to 30 years old 
• South African females 
• Must hold a suitable degree (average marks must be higher than 70%) in marketing, sales, advertising, commerce etc
• Self-starter, team player, charismatic, extrovert, outgoing, highly energetic, ambitious, driven, entrepreneurial, persuasive, good communicator, first class English, well-read, can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile
• Have traveled locally – extensive knowledge of both JHB and Durban areas is a must.
• Advantageous: (either or both)
• Have worked in sales, understand the sales process,
• Have worked in marketing or advertising – understand the brand plan process, have written a brand plan
